  I stopped here to buy a sausage roll for my mother. The elderly lady serving had just given a customer his change, with her bare hands. I watched her then scratch her right cheek and pick up the sausage roll with that same bare hand. She proceeded to touch it with both bare hands, asking if I would like sauce. I politely and very gently pointed this out.. She immediately denied this and got so irate and rude towards me, raising her voice with a "How dare you!". I asked her to kindly not do so and suggested that she look at the video footage from her security camera if she has some doubt, and walked out. My mother was hospitalised recently with food poisoning! Disgusting and upsetting. AVOID, for health reasons (and lack of courtesy too).
